Biodiversity management is a vital component of Royal Sydney’s Championship Course Project. For several years, the Club has been working with consulting ecologists to not only help deliver the long-term biodiversity benefits promised by the restoration of native heathland landscape, but also in protecting wildlife while construction takes place.
Onsite Ecologist Rebeca Violante explains the invaluable work she performs in ensuring the safety of the animals that currently call Royal Sydney home, as well as her passion for helping to attract an even broader diversity of wildlife once the new landscape is complete.
