Landscape Plantings: Understory Flora

Since mid-April, the Club has been taking deliveries from our two offsite plant nurseries. Thousands of small and medium-size flora have been delivered already, with the planting process already occurring on the completed holes at the southern end of our property. It is still early stages however, with hundreds-of-thousands of more plants still to be added to the landscape to create a thriving understory habitat for local wildlife.

The Project’s Landscape Architect Harley Kruse has been onsite to help oversee this process. Harley and Royal Sydney Head Horticulturist Todd Stark took the time to film a video about the importance of the landscape planting process, and the biodiversity benefits it aims to deliver over the long-term future.
